Mint
Backend as a service · early access

The backend for every business. Admin panel included.

MINT is backend as a service with an advanced admin panel and back-office tools built in. Build backends, admin panels, websites and APIs from building blocks — or let AI build them for you — then edit your data visually.

A few teams at a time. One email when your spot opens — no spam.

What is MINT

MINT is where your business runs. The backend, the admin panel and the API — built for you.

Think of it as the engine room of your business, in one place. Say what you keep track of — customers, bookings, orders, stock — and MINT turns it into a working app for your team, an API for your website or mobile app, and a site you can edit yourself. No servers, no code to maintain. Ask your AI to build it — and later, to analyze it.

What it is

Backend as a service with an advanced admin panel built in: your data, your API and your team’s back-office tools, in one place.

What it does

“We track guests, rooms and bookings” becomes tables, forms, a dashboard, an API and a website — live in minutes. Then ask any AI about your data, over MCP.

Why it matters

No developer queue, no servers, no patching. The person who knows the business builds the tool that runs it — and changes it the same day.

Every project starts here

Start from a template. Or from scratch.

When you create an app, an API or a website, choose a ready-made template — a CRM, a booking API, an online shop, a blog — and edit everything in it. Or start with a blank project and build your own.

Pick one. Then make it yours.

Nothing fits? Start empty and build exactly what your business needs — with the blocks or with your AI.

Two ways to build

Two ways to build

Use the blocks. Or let AI build it.

Building from scratch or changing a template, click it together with visual builders, or describe it to your AI assistant. Either way you land in the same place: your data, edited visually — no SQL, no admin screens to code.

Path A

Build with blocks

Click it together with the visual builders — every step previewed, drafted, then published.

Sign-in, cart, checkout — one script tag.

Already have a website, or building one with your AI? Add MINT’s ready-made widgets to it: customer accounts today, with cart, checkout and payments next. Switch them on in the panel, give them your colours, and they run on your data.

Pick a step to see the screen you’ll use. It plays through on its own, too.

  • Templates: a CRM, finance, inventory, a booking API, an online shop, a blog and more
  • A few questions fill the template in — models, pages, dashboard and sample records arrive built
  • Everything in it is yours to edit; or skip templates and start from scratch
  • Each project is separate — people only see the ones they’re given

A day with MINT

Your AI, in the everyday.

Not a launch-day trick. Follow one guesthouse through an ordinary Tuesday — and see where a sentence to the AI replaces a ticket, a report or a late night.

  1. 08:00

    Maya · Owner

Opens the dashboard with her coffee: 86% occupancy, four bookings came in overnight from the website.

  2. 09:30

    Maya · Owner

The kitchen keeps asking about allergies. She asks her AI to fix it.

Add dietary requirements to bookings, and show them on the kitchen’s page.

Added “Dietary needs” (options + notes) to Booking, and a column on Kitchen → Today. Live now.

  3. 12:15

    Lea · Front desk

Filters today’s check-ins, confirms six at once, and undoes one she clicked by mistake.

  4. 15:00

    Maya · Owner

Before the weekly call with the accountant, she asks a question instead of building a report.

Which guests next week haven’t paid their deposit?

3 bookings — Leo Martins, Priya Das, Tom Okafor — $860 outstanding in total.

  5. 18:00

    Jonas · Web developer

Puts live room availability on the website with one call to the public API — no server to run.

  6. 21:40

A guest · On the website

Books a room and creates an account to manage the stay. The team gets a notification; nobody had to be awake.

Build with AI

Say it in a sentence. Watch it appear.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor — any assistant that speaks MCP — to a project. Describe what you need; it plans with you and builds with the same checks as the builder, never doing more than your role allows.

One source of truth

Your team, your site, your app — one set of data.

What your team edits in MINT is what your website shows and your mobile app reads. Switch on the public API per model, let customers sign in, and stop copying data between tools.

Why MINT

Spreadsheets break. Building your own backend takes months.

Most businesses run on a spreadsheet that’s outgrown itself; most developers rebuild the same backend and admin screens for every project. MINT is the third way: a real backend with the admin panel built in — ready today, and yours to change.

Everything included

One workspace instead of a stack of tools.

The parts every business tool needs — built once, done properly, and shared by every project you make.

Models

Describe a thing — a customer, a room, an order — and get its table, form, filters and page.

Pages

Columns, filters, form sections and detail-page tabs — tuned in a draft, then published.

Dashboard

Numbers, charts and recent lists from your models on the project’s home page.

History & undo

Every change to every record, with who made it and when — and an undo.

Roles

Standard permissions — view, add, edit, delete, build — in plain words.

Customer accounts

Sign-up and sign-in for your customers; they see only their own records.

Questions

Good to know.

Is MINT a backend as a service?

Yes — with the admin panel built in. Every model you create is a real database collection with validation and relations, a REST API with filters and customer sign-in, and a set of admin screens your team can use straight away. File storage, roles, history and dashboards come with it. Nothing to host or deploy.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Build with the visual builders, or describe what you need to your AI and it builds it. Developers get a full API when they want one — but nobody has to write code to run a business on MINT.

I’m a developer — why not build my own backend?

You can — but you’d be writing the schema, CRUD endpoints, auth, validation, filters, admin screens, roles and audit history before the interesting part. MINT gives you all of that, so you ship the front end and your client gets a back office they can actually use.

Do I have to build everything from nothing?

No. When you create a project you can start from a template — a CRM, finance, inventory, HR & leave, a booking or orders API, an online shop, a blog, a business site and more. Answer a few questions and it’s built, with sample records and a set-up checklist. It’s your own copy: rename, add or remove anything. Or start from scratch and build exactly what you need.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet is a grid anyone can break. MINT gives every kind of record its own form with required fields, links between records, roles that decide who can change what, a dashboard, and a history of every change with undo.

Can I change things after my team starts using it?

Yes — that’s the point. Add a field, a filter or a whole model whenever the business changes. Page changes are drafted and previewed before you publish them, so your team never sees a half-finished screen.

Which AI assistants work with MINT?

Any assistant that speaks MCP: Claude (web, desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT in developer mode, Cursor and others. You create a key for a project and paste it into your assistant.

Can I use my data on my own website or app?

Yes. Switch on the public API for any model and choose what it allows. Add one script tag to your site and its widgets let customers create accounts and sign in, and see only their own records.

Can my website take payments?

That’s next. A cart and checkout widget are being built now. Payments will go to your own merchant account, and your organization’s country decides which providers you can use: Stripe everywhere, plus SSLCommerz and bKash in Bangladesh. Sign-in already works today.

Why a waitlist?

We open MINT to a few teams at a time so we can help each one set up properly. Tell us what you want to build when you join and we’ll have your workspace ready for it.
